This project will provide a coordinated space for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects at Sheffield Hallam University. The main challenge of the project is to join together two existing buildings with a new roof to create an internal atrium as a focal point of the new department. A steel framed elevated walkway between the two buildings will also be provided. Refurbishment works are also being undertaken.
